Here is a picture of the biggest elephant in the world according to T. You can see his smile at getting to ride it.
They also got to ride a pony and T was equally giddy.

So my question is, at what age does fear set in? I think it is amazing how children are so trusting and fearless about everything. They will say anything, do anything, and dream anything. Once again, I think we can learn so much through the eyes of a child.
It helps when you're not scared. It's not always "your fault" but kids definitely pick up on the fear of the parent. So, when you treat something as no-big-deal they do too.
ReplyDeleteAlthough, I know a kid who has an insane fear of water coming out of the faucet. Who knows.
